1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, bikinis and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange.
We only allow exchanges on beachwear and sleepwear, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene seals intact, and the request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Lagos deliveries: 1–2 business days (same-day delivery available for orders confirmed before 11 a.m.).
- Other states in Nigeria: 2–5 business days.
- International orders: 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
3. How do I know my size?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you’re unsure, kindly reach out to our customer care team on WhatsApp or Instagram DM for personalized sizing help before placing your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 🌍 We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.
